Four questions we get a lot
Will my data be locked in?
No. Export every customer, every contact record and every note to Excel whenever you like, including after you stop paying. The data is yours; we are only holding it.
We run on Excel today. Do we lose that history?
No. Upload your current spreadsheet and NEOO reads it and maps the columns. If the file is a mess, send it over and we will do it for you on day one.
What happens when the 14 days are up?
The account goes read-only. Nothing is charged, because we never took your card. You can still open and export everything.
Why charge per user instead of per customer?
Because charging per customer makes you stop and think about whether a customer is worth saving. That is the worst thing a CRM can do to a sales team.
